Steve has been leading a design studio for over 20 years, working with some of the UK’s leading brands as well as many enterprising start-ups. Steve’s role is to guide the creative team to discover the emotional heart of a brand and use the power of design to bring it to life. He makes sure that everything we do and the way we do it reaches the highest standards.

Lowri Howells


Lowri was an outstanding graduate in 2008 and worked as the designer for a manufacturing company before joining us in March 2010. Her her creative thinking and flair for writing as well her design abilities and skills in film editing, animation and photography makes her a key member of the team. Lowri is a Welsh speaker.



Zoe joined us in summer 2014 after achieving first class honours in graphic communication from the University of South Wales. She has a particular flair for identity design and has already proved her worth on a number of significant projects – and she makes sure we are all up to speed on the latest box sets!


Design intern

We like to keep bringing young people into the studio for short-term internships which is good experience for them and keeps the studio youthful and interesting. Matt graduated in Illustration from Plymouth University in Summer 2014 and his image making and technical abilities are proving very impressive and very useful.

We have long-standing relationships with several excellent photographers and can recommend the best one for the job whether it’s landscape, people, products, architecture, food or reportage and we can commission, art direct and manage photo shoots on your behalf.

We work with a number of translators to help us produce work in English and Welsh in accordance with the Welsh Government’s recommendations. We also handle multi-lingual projects with our translators.

We work with Caroline Hanna to help us plan and co-ordinate integrated marketing campaigns. Caroline uses research and data to identify key audiences, insights and optimum methods and channels of communication to develop a fully-costed plan that will achieve maximum cut-through and recall.

We work with a select group of suppliers to offer great value for print, exhibition materials and web management. We take care of the project up to the point of delivery, working with our suppliers to make sure it reaches our exacting standards on time and within budget.
